Service Description

In our magical hour together, we gently parent your inner child, nurture it with love and compassion, within a supportive & judgment-free space. You are so unique and beautiful, exactly the way you are. This is a great session for when you feel stuck in your head. I get you out of the self criticism zone & back into your most empowered self. This is a pep talk just for you; a big celebration for your entire being! You will leave the session feeling refreshed and grounded, back in touch with yourself and with your most sparkly dreams for the future. I am here to remind you of who you are — of your unique power, love and beauty — free from criticism, judgement and pressure. You deserve to love & support yourself fully, wholeheartedly and abundantly, no matter what. Our session takes place on Zoom and can be recorded. You will receive a link closer to the date of our session.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 36 hours before your session. No refunds can be given on sessions cancelled less than 36 hours in advance.
